Hi all.
A friend told me about a new feature. Add in your msn contacts the address encarta@conversagent.com and you can find answers for many questions you might have.
It's really good and funny sometimes. Below is a small conversation example.
Nikos says:
Hi
Encarta® Instant Answers says:
Welcome back, Nikos!
Nikos says:
What is a collared dove?
Encarta® Instant Answers says:
The Eurasian Collared Dove is an animal. Let me take you to an Encarta search on Eurasian Collared Dove =>

Encarta® Instant Answers is inviting you to start Encarta. Do you want to Accept (Alt+C) or Decline (Alt+D) the invitation?

I hope you find it useful.
Nikos

I also wanted to make it clear that this is an automatic survice from microsoft but i think they programed it very well you can even have simple dialogues with it such us are you male or female and it will tell you that it's not male or female because it's a robot or something and other interesting things. Try it out is good fun. And also if you tell it that you want to talk about the weather it will give you another address to add in your messenger which is better for weather, calculations etc.

sounds interesting, but last I heard that program didn't work well with jaws.

Yes there are some problems with it for example jaws doesn't read all the replys from the programme so i have to go to the history box to read them and also when it gives results from the encarta website the results are in the same window with the conversation. For some time they look like a website but after that it goes back to the conversation again and if you go to the history box results and conversation are mixed up. I think it should open an internet explorer window for any results from encarta.
